Hp5
is based on muscovite (phlogopite) mica paper bonded with
a heat resisting silicone resin. Several layers of resin
impregnate mica paper are pressed under heat and high
pressure to form rigid. The resulting fully has good mechanical
electrical and thermal properties. It can be punched cut
into various shapes & size. It can be used with 550≧(muscovite)/800≧(phlogopite)for
a long time. It has been widely used in metallurgy , chemical
industry , domestic appliances and high temperature insulation
for other electric-heating kits.
